Initial inquiry calls are never charged. However, some consulting services provided for clients and other consultants where a substantial information exchange is required may incur a consulting fee. At no charge, please call to determine whether a service might be chargeable.

Client Support

Client support needed as part of an assignment or project is not an additional charge item, nor are other occasional needed conversations. However, post assignment calls, or supplemental work tasks anticipated to generate substantial time expenditure are sometimes billable. Clients are always advised before the onset of any charges and an agreement as to particulars is created.

Consultant Mentoring

Management house provides its resource materials and strategies to other consultants as part of our mission to reach as many organizations as possible. We're here to help others desire to rapidly implement organization change using our demonstrated content and methods. Most mentoring is done via teleconference. Alternatively arrangements can also be made for video chat through the AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) service for which there are no long distance charges. Payment

The fee for the above services is $150 per hour, payable in advance as a retainer through the PayPal service. Should additional time, services or products be needed, subsequent arrangements can be made to use PayPal, pay by advance check, or invoice a purchase order as circumstances may dictate. Cart entries here are only for prepayment of consulting time at $150/hour. You will be given an opportunity to indicate the number of hours wanted at the next screen.
